KHAZEN provides smart, district-based storage solutions offering secure, nearby, and flexible storage units for individuals and businesses. Our Services include digital booking, smart access, and optional value-added services.

2. Eligibility

To use KHAZEN Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account

KHAZEN is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Storage Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You may store household or business items that are lawful, safe, and non-hazardous.

4.2 Prohibited Items

You may not store:

• Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
• Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or toxic materials
• Perishable items, food, or living organisms
• Weapons, ammunition, or controlled substances
• Any items that may cause damage, odor, infestation, or risk to others

KHAZEN reserves the right to deny access, remove items, or terminate service if prohibited items are stored.

5. Access & Security

• Storage units are accessed via KHAZEN's smart digital system
• Customers are responsible for securing their stored items
• KHAZEN provides monitoring and security measures but does not guarantee prevention of all loss or damage

6. Pricing & Payments

• Fees are charged on a monthly subscription basis
• Prices vary by unit size, location, and demand
• Payments must be made in advance via approved payment methods
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access or termination of service

All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance coverage may be offered as an optional or included service
• Customers are responsible for declaring accurate item values

KHAZEN is not liable for loss or damage caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Force majeure events
• Improper packing or prohibited items
• Customer negligence

Liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

KHAZEN may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to make timely payments
• You misuse the Services or facilities

You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed in the app or website.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with KHAZEN systems or facilities
• Attempt unauthorized access to other units or systems
• Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to KHAZEN are owned by or licensed to KHAZEN. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.

12. Modifications to the Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
